Authentic Cajun Heritage
Born and raised in South Louisiana, Blake Landry "Bayou Blake" grew up enjoying the genuine taste of Cajun cooking. After heading across the country for work, he learned how much he missed those unique flavors. After years of experimenting to find just the right combination, he finally captured the Louisiana Flavorful® taste in a bottle and Gator Shake® was born. This launched his product business and was the impetus for Boiling Hut and ultimately, Cajunville.
Cajunville started with the vision of Authentic Cajun flavors, great service and a Cajun friendly atmosphere that is second nature in that culture. The Quick Serve location will feature Bayou-Blake Landry’s Authentic recipes and commitment to high quality which will become the draw for locals seeking quick serve, authentic Cajun food in a fun, family-friendly atmosphere.

Cajunville prides itself on offering “Authentic” list of Cajun-Louisiana dishes such as PO-Boys, Gumbos, Plate Lunches/Dinners, Etouffee, Jambalaya, Cajun Pasta, Boudin & Cracklin, Stuffed Pistolettes, Gator Wings, and other traditional quick serve menu items. Cajunville plans to expand the “made from scratch” menu items to include more of its Cajun-Louisiana traditional items upon menu growth. These foods will also be sold in frozen and ready to serve to go packaging.
